Job description
Newrez is seeking a Manager – Licensing to lead the licensing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely licensing across all loan officer, branch, and enterprise levels. You will report to the SVP Management & Licensing and drive efficiency while mitigating risk.
This role requires strong NMLS knowledge, regulatory expertise, and hands-on leadership. You will influence licensing policy, prepare management reports, and manage licensing projects with high standards.
