Job description
U.S. Bank seeks a Mortgage Sales Supervisor to lead a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, drive loan origination volume, and ensure timely processing, underwriting and closing of loans. You will foster referral partnerships and share in ongoing regulatory and product knowledge.
The role requires knowledge of mortgage products, strong sales acumen, and capability to mentor staff while coordinating with internal partners across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage.
