Job description
Greater Good Health is seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner to oversee primary care for a panel of senior patients at the Great Falls clinic. You’ll collaborate with Medical Assistants, LPNs, and clinic leadership to deliver holistic, high-touch care and ensure excellent patient experiences.
The role requires Montana NP license, CPR/BLS, prescriptive authority, and 3–5+ years in primary care. On-site schedule with a $15k sign-on bonus or relocation assistance available.
