Job description

Avir Health Group in Pecos, Texas is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to lead our SNF care team and oversee admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate advanced care planning, evaluations for changes in condition, and prescribing treatments to support high-quality, patient-centered care in our facility.
