The Opportunity
We are seeking a leadership-first Registered Nurse to own the success of our boutique IV Nutrition Verona clinic. Unlike traditional hospital settings, this role offers operational autonomy, a high-performance wellness culture, and a schedule designed for actual work-life balance. Base Compensation: $43–48 hourly
Incremental Performance Bonuses: as clinic volume ramps up

What You’ll Do
Lead & Grow: Own the clinic's flow and customer experience, team development, and local community engagement
Clinical Excellence: Oversee safe IV administration and ensure 100% compliance with Medical Director protocols and NJ regulations
Develop Talent: Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of IV Technicians
Operations: Manage daily workflows, staffing levels, and EMR accuracy to ensure a \"concierge-level\" client experience
Comprehensive training on clinic protocols will be provided, in order to ensure every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care, consistent with brand standards and values.
Who You Are
Licensed Pro: Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license with BLS certification
Experienced Leader: 3–5 years of vascular access/infusion experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
Mindset: You’ve seen up close the impact of bad health outcomes. You believe in the value of promoting health, not just treating diseases. You thrive in a high trust / accountability work environment, you have strong operational and organizational skills, you are excellent at building relationships and feel comfortable with multi-tasking while maintaining professionalism, resilience and adaptability.
The Reality Check
You will be starting IVs all day — clients will vary in difficulty, some anxious, some requiring extra attention, and they will all look to you for guidance and comfort. On top of that, you are the senior authority on‑site. This isn't a \"sit-back\" management role: you'll solve daily problems, coach your staff through challenges, and personally ensure every client receives a consistent, elite experience every time.
