Job description
Tampa General Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Transplant unit (7/8F) to provide clinical and administrative leadership for a dedicated nursing team.
You will support daily operations, uphold care standards, participate in hiring and staff evaluation, and drive quality, safety and patient experience improvements. Requirements: BSN and an active RN license with at least 2 years of RN experience. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Tampa campus with a Monday–Friday schedule.
