Job description
OhioHealth's Maternal Fetal Medicine program in Columbus seeks a Lead Nurse Navigator to provide leadership and advanced coordination for high-risk obstetric care. You will mentor teams, coordinate patient care, and support the nursing staff across sites.
Responsibilities include overseeing NSTs, electronic fetal monitoring, and complex maternal conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Work is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, at Riverside, Doctors, Grant, Dublin and Pickerington clinics to ensure
