Job description
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Clinical Staff Leader (CSL) for Radiation Oncology Peri Anesthesia.
You will lead the Nursing Leadership team, supervise frontlines in scrubs, and reserve administrative time for quality checks, rounding, and staff development. You will coordinate operations, ensure high-quality patient care, mentor early career nurses, and collaborate across shifts with House Supervisors and Managers.
