Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in skilled nursing facilities. You will provide OT services, assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with facilities to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities include supervising COTAs and rehab techs, managing cases, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A valid NBCOT certification and state OT license are required, with ACOTE accreditation confirming your educational background.
