Check out the Pregis Purpose to learn how sustainability and social responsibility is at the very core of our company DNA.Join Pregis and Grow Your CareerPregis is committed to providing training, development, and advancement opportunities for employees looking to grow their manufacturing careers.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED5-7 years of manufacturing, converting, printing, finishing, or related production experienceExperience operating converting and finishing equipment with minimal supervisionStrong leadership and team-building skillsKnowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, quality standards, and production processesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementPreferred QualificationsPrevious Lead Operator, Operator III, or production leadership experienceExperience with inline equipment such as gluing systems, labeling equipment, rotary cutters, and ancillary equipmentPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Operator to provide leadership on the production floor while safely operating converting and finishing equipment.
