Job description
Lead Operator First Shift 3:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M.We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Operator to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Lead Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that all safety protocols are being followed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records and communicating any issues or concerns to management.Salary Range: 20.00 To 24.00 (USD) HourlyMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience with Lean Manufacturing principlesFamiliarity with Six Sigma methodologiesExperience with ERP systemsResponsibilities:Oversee the production process and ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.Work closely with the production team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that all safety protocols are being followed.Maintain accurate production records and communicate any issues or concerns to management.Train and mentor new operators to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.U.S. Employment: If you have any difficulty using our on-line system, you may use the alternative method described below to contact someone about your interest in employment at Sugar Foods Corporation.
