Optical Quality Control TechnicianInterpret and work from drawings, sketches, and technical specifications to complete inspections.Perform machine setup and calibration based on provided instructions.Operate and inspect components using an inspection microscope.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.Exhibit a consistently positive and professional attitude.Follow instructions accurately, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.Train and mentor other optical quality control technicians.Adhere to schedules and meet project deadlines consistently.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.Possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).Understand basic principles of optics and optical inspection.
