Job description
Target Optical is seeking an Optometrist to lead the clinic team and deliver the brand promise through high-quality eye care. You’ll perform and manage the eye exam steps, ensuring the patient experience aligns with our standards and drives the office’s performance.
You will train staff, monitor KPIs such as patient satisfaction and exam growth, and maintain a positive Doctor/Patient relationship while upholding safety in a retail setting.
