Job description
Scripps Health is looking for a full-time Lead OR RN at Scripps Mercy San Diego. This position requires a Registered Nursing degree and at least one year of experience in surgery or operating room nursing. The role includes managing patient care and coordinating staff within the Care Unit, with a focus on Orthopedics, Neuro, and Spine surgeries.
Qualified candidates will benefit from an $8,000 incentive and a $3,000 relocation incentive. This position offers a dynamic environment with active collaboration among the care team and physicians.
