Job description
Ball and Buck in Nashville seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help build the new store from day one. As the Store Manager's right hand, you will lead the team on the floor, guide guests to the right gear, and help craft a story worth telling.
Candidates bring 2+ years retail with leadership, a passion for outdoors and American-made goods, and strong people skills. You’ll handle scheduling, inventory, merchandising, events, and store operations when needed.
