Ellie Mental Health in Owings Mills, MD is looking for licensed therapists (LCSW-C and LCPC).
We prioritize our therapists as much as our clients. Ellie makes the clinician's experience a priority by offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, training, flexible scheduling, CEU's, and an incredibly inclusive environment . Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Credentialing and office space
Responsibilities include:
• Caseload of a minimum of 20 -25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Maryland clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $79,800.00 - $95,000.00 per year
