Job description
NJ Palliative Care Solutions is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to guide NPs and PAs delivering outpatient and SNF palliative care across Central New Jersey. You will balance direct patient care with mentoring, quality oversight, and program-building.
