Job description
Inova Health System's Pediatric Cardiology department seeks a Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time day-shift role (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm) may include one remote day per month after six months, with travel to nine clinic locations, most often Fairfax Willow Oaks.
As a clinical expert and team lead, you will oversee intake, med reconciliation, guide outpatient staff, mentor the team, and promote lifelong learning.
