Job description
Inova Health's Inova Cares for Women in Falls Church, VA is seeking a dedicated Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. This full-time day shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., focusing on clinical leadership in an outpatient setting.
The role emphasizes patient care excellence, staff mentorship, and coordination of clinic operations. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Nursing, Virginia RN license, 3 years of RN experience, and BLS; ACLS preferred.
