Job description
CHI Mercy Health is seeking a Lead Therapist to coordinate a high‑quality, client‑centered rehabilitation program. You will lead daily schedules, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, organized therapy environment within your licensure.
You bring strong therapy leadership, expertise in client‑centered rehabilitation, and the ability to manage work environments and staff development while advancing quality assurance and evidence‑based practice.
