Job description
Sharp HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate shift operations in a defined clinical area. You will ensure patient flow, compliance with standards, and collaboration with physicians and staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The role requires California RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, plus at least 2 years of recent clinical experience. Weekend coverage, on-call duty, and variable shift times are part of the schedule.
