You'll coordinate the daily workflow, ensure timelines and budgets are met, maintain client communication, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You'll track progress, document results, and wrap up projects with satisfied homeowners and smooth final billing.Our Ideal Lead Painter - Crew Leader:Do you take pride in your work and pay close attention to detail? Are you positive, reliable, and steady under pressure? Do you prioritize efficiency, quality, and keeping a clean jobsite? Are you comfortable communicating with clients and leading a crew? Do you have experience with fine finishes, interior painting projects, and exterior work?
