Job description
NJ Palliative Care Solutions is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to guide Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants delivering outpatient and SNF palliative care across Middlesex & Monmouth counties in New Jersey.
The role combines direct patient care, APP mentoring, quality oversight, and practical program-building with protected leadership time. Base salary is $160,000–$190,000 plus up to $25,000 bonus, with comprehensive benefits.
