Job description
First Christian Church in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking a Lead Pastor to guide, shepherd, and strengthen a Bible-centered congregation of about 225 in weekly attendance. This role calls for faithful preaching, meaningful relationships, and intentional discipleship within a community that values active engagement.
This is a fulltime, on-site position offering the opportunity to lead a stable church with a strong volunteer base and a capable staff, in a congregation eager for pastoral leadership
