About this opportunity
Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary lists this Lead Pastor of a Multi-Site International Church Hanoi International Fellowship (HIF) opportunity in kansas city, Missouri. Review the employer’s description below for duties, qualifications and application requirements.
Job description
The Lead Pastor will step into a strategic, complex, and deeply rewarding calling: to shepherd a multinational congregation, strengthen unity across cultures and denominations, and lead HIF through staff and volunteer teams into a new season of discipleship and mission. In partnership with the Elder Board, the next pastor will serve as a humble chief among equals— spiritually grounded, relationally wise, and able to lead through others rather than trying to carry everything alone. This is a preaching role, a shepherding role, a team‑building role, and a mission‑advancing role. It requires pastoral warmth, biblical depth, cross‑cultural intelligence, and healthy organizational leadership.
