Job description

Johnson Health Tech North America seeks a Patent Litigation & Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead patent litigation, oversee prosecution, and guide regulatory interpretation. The role works directly with engineers, product teams, and global partners to protect innovations.

You will manage court representations, USPTO proceedings, and strategy development, translating standards into practical guidance for Product and R&D teams, with travel as needed.
