Job description
South Baldwin Medical Group is seeking a Patient Care Technician Lead to support high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting under RN supervision. The role includes direct patient assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and vital signs, while coordinating onboarding and training for PCT staff.
You will lead unit orientation, mentor staff, and collaborate with vendors to promote skill development and exceptional patient experience.
