Job description
Nemours is seeking a Lead RN for our Primary care Foulk Road location in Wilmington, Delaware. The Lead RN in Ambulatory care provides clinical oversight and mentors staff to ensure safe, high-quality pediatric care.
The role partners with the Nurse Manager and Physician in Charge to support day-to-day operations, develop staff, monitor performance, and coordinate orientation for new clinical associates, including RNs and medical assistants, to meet 90-day goals.
