Job description
Blue Origin seeks an experienced ALD Process Engineer to lead the development of barrier and transport layers for perovskite solar cells. You will select precursors, optimize pulse/ purge sequences, and ensure conformality while protecting temperature-sensitive layers.
You will mentor researchers, collaborate with packaging engineers on encapsulation strategies, and document processes and maintenance schedules. WA-based, US citizen-friendly workplace.
