Job TitleAssist in the operation of assembly machines including presses, drivers, and inspection stationsEstablish daily work task plan and communicate to team members at start of the shiftProvide daily direction to team members during the shift to coordinate work flowProvide on-the-job training opportunities to team members to develop flexibilityWork in conjunction with supervisor to identify team member strengths and weaknesses and communicate development needs to training specialistsMonitor line and employee performance; provide feedback to team members to ensure compliance to safety, quality, maintenance, and operational standardsThrough example; demonstrate a commitment of excellenceComplete and submit daily reports to ensure management information system is accurate
