Job description
Blue Shield of CA seeks a Pharmacist, Principal to lead and oversee specialty drug strategies across the pharmacy and medical benefit, driving affordability, access and member experience.
The role reports to the Director, Pharmacy COHC & Specialty Drug Management and requires California RPh license, PharmD, and strong leadership in pharmacy programs, networks, and vendor partnerships. Hybrid workplace with in-office presence two days per week.
