Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Lead Pharmacy Technician for the Central Pharmacy in LaGrange, KY. You will lead prescription entry, insurance processing, and patient outreach for centralized specialty and mail-delivery prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
You will coordinate with the central dispensing team, handle complex insurance issues, and train new staff while maintaining high quality service. Equal employment opportunity employer.
