The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in photonic systems design and possess expertise in narrow linewidth and low-noise systems. The role includes mentoring junior engineers and aligning technical projects with business goals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $240,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
