nFYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Louisville, KY is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist for a full-time, outpatient role. This position is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist who wants to continue treating patients while stepping into clinical leadership, mentorship, and clinic growth.

nPosition Overview
nThe Lead Physical Therapist serves as the senior clinician in the clinic, delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy while supporting clinical excellence, staff development, and a positive team culture. This role blends direct patient care with mentorship and leadership responsibilities and offers long-term growth as the clinic expands.
nKey Responsibilities
nClinical
nPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and examinations
nDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care
nProvide outpatient orthopedic, balance, and functional rehabilitation
nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
nUtilize modern rehabilitation technology, including VR platforms, when appropriate
nComplete accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
nLeadership
nServe as the lead clinician and clinical resource for the clinic
nMentor and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff
nAssist with onboarding and training new team members
nUphold high clinical standards and ethical practice
nFoster a collaborative, professional, and patient-centered clinic culture
nQualifications
nGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)
nActive Kentucky Physical Therapist license
nMinimum 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
nCPR certification
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nInterest in leadership, mentorship, and clinic growth
