Job description
Golfcresthc is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy to lead and direct the delivery of PT services in our facility in Florida. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and coordinate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to optimize resident outcomes.
The role requires a valid, unrestricted PT license, DPT or equivalent, and demonstrated leadership in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
