Job description
AbsoluteCare in Dayton is seeking a Lead Physician, Primary Care to advance a team-based, population health model for medically complex and socially vulnerable members. You will direct an interdisciplinary care pod, guide clinicians, and act as a clinical leader with the Medical Director while driving quality and utilization goals.
Expect 70-80% direct patient care, coaching peers, and representing AbsoluteCare to community partners.
