Job description
AbsoluteCare Medical Center & Pharmacy in Dayton seeks a Lead Physician, Primary Care to lead a team-based, value-driven care model for medically complex and socially vulnerable members. You will guide clinicians on best practices, coordinate care with the Medical Director, and act as an ambassador to community partners.
This role focuses on direct patient care 70-80% of the time, population health initiatives, and ensuring quality metrics are met while expanding access and reducing unnecessary
