Job description
The Highland Hospital Placement Coordinator Lead oversees all Placement Coordinator functions to discharge patients in a timely manner and to support social work staff with placement in skilled nursing and long-term care. The role includes coordinating insurance authorizations, identifying barriers, and collecting monthly statistics while representing Highland Hospital with strong interpersonal skills.
