Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Planning, Design, and Construction Branch Head (PDCB) for the ROICC Earle Office to lead and oversee the branch's planning, design, and construction activities within the Navy program.
