Job description
NAES Corporation is seeking a Plant Engineering & Reliability Manager for the Hubbard, TX project. You will lead engineering and reliability activities across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and BESS systems, ensuring safe startup and long-term operation.
The role oversees RCAs, MOC processes, and asset strategies, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and corporate engineering to optimize reliability and performance during pre-commissioning and initial operation phases.
