Lead Plasma Center Operations Supervisor

Job description

CSL Vifor is seeking a Center Operations Supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and SOP compliance. You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate with Group Leaders to optimize donor flow.

Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to safety, and accurate donor data entry are essential.
