If you are an individual who values a rewarding career and would like your customers to be genuinely satisfied, you may be a match for our team.Job SummaryA lead plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.Job DutiesPerform residential and light commercial service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.Identifies potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures, test joints, and pipe systems.Interprets drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements.Reviews blueprints, building codes or specifications to determine work details and procedure.Studies building plans and inspects structures to assess material and equipment needs, establish sequence of pipe installations, and plan installation around obstructions.Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and pipe fittings.Locates and marks position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures.Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances or fixtures using hand or power tools.Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each callWears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled serviceTests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all timesMinimum RequirementsLead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truckCompensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearEach franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
