Bassett Services is growing fast — and we’re building a plumbing team where skilled installers are paid well, treated well, and given the tools to succeed.
We know great plumbers don’t just “show up and install.” You solve real problems, protect homes, and deliver comfort. You deserve a company that recognizes that.
What’s In It for YOU
We don’t just say we take care of our team — we prove it:
100% FREE Medical, Dental & Vision for employees

Year‑round vacation opportunities (no slow‑season layoffs)
401(k) with 4% company match
Paid holidays & PTO

Life insurance options
A company that treats you like a professional, not a number
If you’re a high‑skill installer, you should be earning like one.

Install and repair water heaters, sewer systems, and plumbing equipment
Perform residential drain cleaning, repair, and installation
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions

Deliver 5‑star service and represent Fire & Ice with pride
You’ll have the support, tools, and autonomy to do the job right.

We’re looking for installers who take pride in their craft:
3+ years of plumbing installation experience
Drain installation knowledge
Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment
Comfortable working outdoors
Strong communication skills
Basic computer/tablet proficiency

If you’re dependable, skilled, and ready for a better opportunity, you’ll thrive here.
