Navitas Semiconductor Usa in Torrance, CA is seeking an experienced analog/power IC design engineer to lead architecture, design, and silicon execution of next-generation power management ICs. This hands-on role covers concept through production with close collaboration across cross-functional teams.
You will own tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, and yield improvement, mentor junior designers, and contribute to best practices in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
