Job description
KinderCare seeks a Lead Pre-K Teacher to guide young learners at Abington Friends School. In this role, you’ll design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, foster social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom. You will observe and assess children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with teaching staff to align with school and KinderCare standards. You’ll model inclusive practices, support classroom assistants, ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused school culture.
