The Boring Company is seeking a Head of Precast Operations to lead our concrete and precast team in producing tunnel segments. You will organize shifts, supervise QC staff, ensure quality standards, and drive on-time delivery of materials for tunnel projects.
Ideal candidates bring a strong background in concrete production, a Grade 1 ACI certification, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced construction setting.
