Job description
Jobot is seeking an experienced Melt Shop Manager to lead daily operations for precious metal alloys and casting output. The role requires strong supervision of an hourly team, emphasis on alloy composition accuracy, and implementing safety standards in high-temperature environments.
Reporting to leadership, you will drive yield tracking, process improvements, and bench strength across the melt shop, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced metal casting setting.
