Job description
Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to own daily melt shop operations for precious metal alloys, manage furnace scheduling, and oversee casting output in Bedford Park, IL. The ideal candidate has several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience with a strong background in precious metals, and a proven ability to lead an hourly workforce while improving material yield and ensuring safety.
Salary range $95,000–$155,000 annually plus benefits; position requires detail-oriented
