Job description
PI (Physik Instrumente), LP in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Machine/Grind Shop Manager to lead the machining and grinding department. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes leadership, schedule planning, and continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.
You will supervise machinists and grinders, coordinate production, collaborate with engineering for fixture/tooling optimization, and uphold ISO9001 and EH&S standards.
