Job description
Veterans Health Administration in Wisconsin Rapids seeks a Physician to lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) delivering direct medical care to Veterans enrolled in Primary Care at the Wisconsin Rapids VA CBOC.
The role offers eligibility for Recruitment/Relocation Incentives, Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), and the Physician CBOP. Current licensure in the US and board-eligible residency are required.
